Defendant whom happens to be a physician, an OBGYN was accused of multiple criminal acts under sedation at Thomas hospital and a repeated assault in the physician’s office. I happened to sneak into a docket hearing to see what the judge had to say to the defendant’s attorney Jay Robinson and Stankowski said, “I will not approve anymore summary judgements as I approved 6. Has your client answered the 45 discovery questions? Has your client complied with court orders and produced the required documents? Has your client given a deposition? Get your client to comply. Final order. No more summary judgements. TWO days later, Judge Clark Stankowski granted the summary judgment when the case should have went into court sanctions as promised by the clerk of courts and never did. My attorney never reported to court on my behalf. Legal Knowledge: My civil liberties were heavily violated by thick layers of corruption in Baldwin County. Fairness & Impartiality: My civil liberties were heavily violated by thick layers of internal corruption including judicial misconduct, biases and conflicts of interest, obstruction of justice, impeding upon an investigation, etc.. Judicial Temperament: No compassion for an innocent female victim sexually assaulted by an OBGYN multiple times twice under sedation at Thomas hospital in Fairhope AL and once in the doctor’s office Highly unprofessional. No patience. Angry and bothered. Communication: Absolutely NO communication with the plaintiff. I was never notified of court hearings and never received mailings surrounding my case nor was I able to attend the hearings. Timeliness: He allowed my civil case to sit on the docket for almost TWO years with NO reaponse from the defendant. Defendant neglected to answer the discovery questions and never did give a deposition. Was never held accountable and case was dismissed on a summary judgement in favor of the defendants. Impartiality. Biases. Misconduct.
