Divorce/Custody Legal Knowledge: There was no principles displayed or used. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge seemed to have made decsion prior to trial. She did not acknowledge clear evidence. She allowed child support order and to be done without supporting documentation and calculations. Judicial Temperament: Judge did not appear to be present. She had books stands between the witness stand and herself to obstruct the view. She was clearly bothered by the presence of any person in her courtroom. She thought her upcoming lunchbreak was more important than the fate of a child. Communication: Zero clarity or explanation of ruling. Timeliness: She pushed off hearings for years. it took 4 years for a case to be heard.
